I have read that! It's that play by Oscar Wilde, right?
yes I need help
Ok, so I'm a little bit rusty on the plot points of the story, but from what I can gather, here are some hints that should be helpful. 1. John (aka Jack) is related to Mrs. Bracknell and Algernon, but not Miss Prism; Miss Prism was his childhood nurse. 2. The reason John invents the alter-ego of Earnest is so he has an excuse to visit London; for similar reasons, Algernon borrows John's character as an excuse to make a trip out of London. 3. I'm not too certain about this one. My impression is that Cecily and Gwendolyn both keeping diaries isn't a very important coincidence, but, again, I'm rusty on the details of the play.
so cbd are correct is 4 a?
4. Again, I'm not entirely sure what the right answer is for this one. Both A and D seem compelling, but all the options are pretty similar from what I can tell. You may have to do a bit of rereading to answer this one. 5. Another tricky one; I'm not sure how you'd answer this if you don't know who Egeria is. Maybe from the context? Anyway, Egeria is a Roman mythological character. She was known for being a counselor to the king of Rome. 6. I know for certain that A and D are mentioned in the opening act of the play, but I'm not sure when exactly Cecily's and Aunt Augusta's plots are introduced.
