Hm. This one is slightly more difficult. It is my understanding that the money received for damages could be limitless if proper evidence is provided, showing what the plaintiff could've earned if it weren't for the infringement.
So I want to say Treble Damages or D, the way the question is worded makes it seem like a malicious act. So it's between those 2.
