Hi and welcome to QuestionCove! Going through the options one by one, I don't see anything wrong with answer A. All of those things would help prevent injury during weight training. Likewise, there's nothing wrong with answer B exactly, though I'm not sure how *necessary* it would be to have a friend review your workout. I'm going to disagree with C because "never" changing your routine seems like pretty bad advice. You may need to adjust up or down as needed. For answer D, I don't think "bouncing movements" are proper for stretches and warm-ups, as they increase the chance of overextending and injury. Also, working out everyday is not a good idea, since it does not give your body time to rebuild the damage done during exercise.
