Oh ok, I was intimidated by the fancy biology terms, but it looks like this question just deals with multiplication and division.

So, the graph paper I use is 4 squares per inch. That means there's about 44 squares lengthwise and about 34 squares widthwise. That's about 1496 squares per sheet. Now, how many sheets would it take to represent 4500 bases, if each square represents one base?
