I wandered lonely as a cloud

So what you're going to do is choose one of the paragraphs or stanzas of the poem and explain the tone. So say you chose

This makes me feel that when he gazes at the night sky he would not be anything but happy. He describes how they are sparkling waves of glee which means delight so he is explaining that the starts are sparkling waves of delight
