Yes. I need to read up more on health care, but my general understanding of this coin is universal health care (by the government) versus privatized healthcare (by businesses). An example of a health care company would be Kaiser Permanente, if you've heard of it. Basically, the debate surrounding health care, is who should be providing the plans to make it affordable - the government? or private businesses? The government can make broad plans and supply it to a wide swathe of people, yet an issue that came with this was that it was spread too thin. Whilst health care was provided to a large number of people, it would not cover everything. A privatized health care company specializes in more in-depth plans for more encompassing coverage for any issues that may occur. That's because instead of it being a government needing to supply health care to an entire country, it's just "hey you want a health care plan? Got a family? Let's see what works for you."
Basically, government provided health care can be broad and somewhat affordable, yet it comes at a cost of lack of encompassing coverage and additionally, it may not be the best care. IAlso, the taxpayer foots the bill for these health care plans, and Obamacare was an expensive one that the middle-class did not enjoy.
Private businesses, in any market, specialize in competition. But it's hard to compete with the government. So when the government steps out, businesses compete for the consumers. If you have studied economics, a free market and competition does good things for a product. Competition drives quality up, and the cost down.
This applies to health care.
That should help you with this assignment. Let me know if you have any further questions.
