Mal87:

When the number of protons and electrons is the same for an atom, the atom is A. neutral. B. positively charged. C. negatively charged. D. positive or negative, depending on what the element is.

Shadow:

What do you think the answer is?

Mal87:

A neutral because protons is positive and electrons are negative.

EndersWorld:

Here is a hint: protons carry a positive charge, electrons carry a negative charge. Think of it as a math problem, say you have 5 protons and 5 electrons. 5 protons, or, 5 and 5 electrons, or, -5. So \[5-5=0\].

EndersWorld:

Whelp... You're correct.

Mal87:

Thank you for the hint though :)

Shadow:

Good job Mal

EndersWorld:

OFC

Mal87:

Thank you :)
