The most representative surveys are ones that allow for each participant to have an equal chance of being selected. In essence, completely random. If you do not know the terms of the second and third options, then Google them and see which one provides for an equal opportunity of anyone being selected.
Convenience can easily provide for a tainted sample, just as a note. Systematic also seems like it would follow some steps/methods which would taint the sample.
