Ha, let me just lay down the law here.
First, if you opened a case against us, we would win.
Second, your tag was revoked because it was a team position, and you know this. (Lead Designer)
Third, You can still set a new one at any time you feel like it, as we didn't take away any features of the subscription.
Fourth, this just proves I was right at what I said when you first started it.

How in the world could you win a case against him? You are handing your money over with the intention of assisting the site, it's a donation, not a service. Therefore, they have every right to alter or remove a tag as the contract has already been fulfilled which was "donating to the site" :) anything else would be considered an incentive.

As mentioned, although your tag was removed, you have been able to get a new tag. Therefore, no part of your subscription was breached.

However, if you would still like a refund, please adjust your Paypal claim so you can accept partial refunds. If you would like a refund, it would be $4.35, not $5.00, to account for the days you did have your subscription and tag.
