Hm. this is a somewhat open-ended question, the law that comes to mind is a law imposing a sales tax which takes a percentage of a consumer's money to increase state/local government funding, this might cause a consumer to buy fewer things thus decreasing the amount of money circulating in the economy

whether the law should be changed or not is kind of up to you, personally I don't mind a percentage of my money being used for services that benefit the public, like education, maintenance of roads, etc.

As a consumer, I am using my money for these services. As a worker, I am trying my best to complete these services in hope that the country will be in a better condition. As a producer, I want to produce and come up with services or ideas that can contribute to this idea
