if i had to answer this question i will pick B.

Christianity in history does not immediately relate to Romans, and would incorporate a lot of elements not specific to Roman history, so that wouldn't be the greatest option.

This is specific to only one person, and would likely lose out on either much of Roman, or Christian history (or more likely, possibly both).
