Shadow:

How do you think you would approach this?

MichelleB:

um idk.. im really tired. can u maybe just answer it please?

MichelleB:

im sorry to keep asking u for help tho

Shadow:

Going to try a couple of different things.

Shadow:

\[ 5x - 3= 4x + 10\] \[x = 13\] \[4(13) + 10 = 52 + 10 = 62\] \[(\frac{ 4x + 10}{ 2 }) + (\frac{ 5x + 3 }{ 2 }) + 9x + 1 = 180\] \[\frac{ 62 }{ 2} + \frac{ 62 }{ 2 } + 118 = 180\] Correct

Shadow:

For the first part, I assumed that angle Q and S were equal to each other. Set them equal to each other, then solved for x. Input x into the equation for Q, then tada, got Q. Checked my work by cutting the quadrilateral in half. Since a quadrilateral is made up of two triangles, the sum of it's angles is 360. Half it and you get 180. Checked my work just to make sure I got 180.

MichelleB:

ty ty soo much.. only 5 more to go i think

Shadow:

No problem
