this one @LootAtTheTime
There is some missing context can you tell me how much of a budget I’m workign with.
thats why i got confused cause there is no buget on the paper.
Ok just give me one minute.
ok
Research local housing prices and utility costs to make this as accurate as possible. Ask for some budget figures from people you know who are living on their own. Alright so this is your first step. I would start by browsing the web and look for some apartments our houses and then figuring out the price.
ill say near $2,500
Ok so what utilities might you have electricity, water, inter, and heating?? Find the price on those.
And then we will put together a budget.
it said about $850
Ok so you are probably going to want to budget about 1100 every month, and then probably another 100 for discretionary spending(spending on what ever you want.) so that’s that part done now I want you to list all your utilities, groceries l, and other activities you will do and list them. And hen categorize them.
thats was for the first one right?
Yes we have the second part done too.
All you need to do right now is complete the first part with the information I’m putting down here.
ok thank let me put that down
Make sure you include everything you might spend money on that could be recognized as reacurring purchases that would be added to a budget.
ok ill be back
ok im back whats next?
Ok, so now I want your opinion on whether or not this budget surprised you in anyway talk about what you were expecting and how it actually turned out for part three.
hummm the buget did suprise me because of the fact that its a low price and that the fact that i can afford it.
Okay just add a little bit more detail to that answer and you should be good for that part of the question now moving on to the last part talk about the sacrifices you’ll have to make talk about what you know so far about budgeting and what it will help you accomplish.
well im my opinion having a buget helps you save and afford things that you need for your home.
Alright now talk about how you feel moving out would be like
moving out being is like having more freedom but more responsibilities you have to do.
Thank you :)
You’re welcome
I hope I helped
