What are some styles of poetry? I need some new ones to try to write in.

how about a sestina for a challenge? it has six stanzas with six lines each + a three line tercet. there are no line length requirements or rhymes but it has a very specific pattern for the end of each line

for the first stanza, the ending words of each line (labelled 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 for convenience) and for the next five stanzas, the ending words of each line must use those same six words in a very specific order (see above diagram)

then the terset is three lines and each line has two of the six chosen words in that order, with words 2, 4, and 3 at the ends
