Voltage is constant in a parallel circuit. So if the current going through both of the resistors is equal to each other, then the resistors must be the same value.

InTheSea:

Now that I look at it again, it also doesn't list the Ohms of resistance, so there isn't enough data to answer it... I think

This is a parallel circuit. That means each resistor receives the same voltage. So if the current through each resistor is the same, then the value for the ohms of resistance must be the same.
