least to greatest, it helps if you line up the decimal points like so:

2.3
1.62
2.25
1.234

so if we look at the ones place, we can see that we have two numbers that start with 1 and two numbers that start with 2, so can put the 1's before the 2's:

1.62
1.234
2.3
2.25

but we're still not done yet, let's compare 1.62 and 1.234, the first digit is the same so we need to move to the next digit, since 2 comes before 6, 1.234 comes before 1.62

@mj23 can you try finishing the problem? all we need to do is sort 2.3 and 2.25 in the right order using the same logic
