old question but will respond so this can be closed faulty coordination is the connection of two clauses in a way that is illogical or structurally awkward in this case, the clause "our math team members are called..." and "they have won..." is a bit strange because an active-voice clause is being connected to a passive-voice clause. try to find a sentence that corrects this error in a simple, succinct way.
