I need help with something yall it is a personal matter so I want honest opinions. My girlfriend doesn't want me to go into the Navy but I want to and I don't know what to tell her because I am going into the Navy this Summer to be a Sniper. Can yall help me come up with something apologetic yet loving?

just say I have a future with or without in the Navy, I want you to be apart of it; however, i cannot let your opinions dictate how i choose to pursue my own gifts and abilities. I would greatly appreciate it, if you would be willing to accept that my passion is to join the Navy, and that you would support me in this decision. I am sorry if this situation makes you feel angry or hurt, but I dont want to live in regret and i want to be honest with you about how i feel.
