lol nah man, we want to be able to post these somewhere
XD
@Hero what's your thoughts? not sure if we should add QR codes or those rip off tabbies?
Where's the logo? What's our slogan? Are we only recruiting students that need help? We should include in the poster highlights of our best features and also we should be able to convince prospective users that this is a social site where they can get help and chat with friends. We should definitely be trying to recruit qualified helpers as well as students who need help with their homework. The target should be high school, college and university students.
wait we have a slogan?
Also, the poster currently looks like something from the nineties. Like something similar to what the school at Saved By The Bell would produce.
Not to be too critical. Great work so far just putting even this together. It's a great start.
You're suggestions are extremely helpful ^_^ it's difficult coming up with ideas on my own; staring at a blank piece of paper
Adding a QR code would be brilliant. Maybe that's the only thing we need to promote.
People might scan it just because they see it and curious as to what's on the other side of it.
I believe the Snapchat QR reader is more popular than actual an QR code reader nowadays. but I'm not sure how the snapchat one works
I would include both simply because even though snapchat is largely popular, it's still only limited to those who are familiar with snapchat, a growing population for sure but Standard QR codes are more universally recognized across many industries.
I'll try working on a different one now then ^_^ >although I'm not sure what the QC slogan is
^^
My poster I did a while back
It's flawless @.@ Looks like a cupcake bathed in magical rainbow frosting. *-*
Noice
Only thing missing now is our own social media page. Two reasons to include it: Will definitely help attract more users, helps us compete with PA (never like mentioning them), and our own users would appreciate it. Developing that should be part of the summer production goals.
Which reminds me that @angle you forgot to mention the social aspects of the site. "Give help, Get Help, Chat with Friends"
Yea, we really need to work on our social media pages, and get those active this summer
Could help increase SEO for once school starts back up
Only one small quibble about the landing page of the QC code. The landing page should be our main all subjects page rather than our splash page.
^ I agree with this It's easier to show them how we work through this all subjects sort of page, rather than the log-in page
Reason I don't want to: the event server connection is still q bit expensive, having a bunch of guests who aren't logged in viewing it could be bad for server performance It would indeed likely improve conversion rates imagine however
