@Vocaloid

Vocaloid:

you are given sin(theta) = w/l and asked to find theta therefore you just need to take the arcsin of both sides theta = arcsin(w/l) and plug in your w and l values

Vocaloid:

be sure your calculator is in degrees mode

rootbeer003:

sorry idk

Vocaloid:

the problem states that width = 4.33 and l = 5.0 therefore you simply need to calculate arcsin(4.33/5.0)

rootbeer003:

90

Vocaloid:

hm. I don't think it's 90 depending on what type of calculator you're using there should be a sin^-1 button

Vocaloid:

I get something a little closer to ~60 degrees
