Eiwoh2:

What is the function of an inhibitor in an enzyme-substrate reaction? Activating the substrate Deactivating the product Activating an enzyme Deactivating an enzyme

Eiwoh2:

Infinite needs help. XD

hotdougstand:

i have nooooooooooooooooooo idea

Eiwoh2:

Thank you for that XD

Allison:

Hint: The binding of an inhibitor can stop a substrate from entering the enzyme's active site and/or hinder the enzyme from catalyzing its reaction. Inhibitor binding is either reversible or irreversible. Irreversible inhibitors usually react with the enzyme and change it chemically

Eiwoh2:

.......hm?

Allison:

LOL.

hotdougstand:

hint: listen to allison

Allison:

Haha, I might be wrong, I'm just a Freshman (:

Eiwoh2:

Hint: I did not understand 75% of what Allison just explained ,XD

Allison:

I think it might be B. But it also might be wrong, so lemme check.

Eiwoh2:

Oof i say. :,)

Allison:

Yeah, I have no idea. B is my guess. x'D

Eiwoh2:

Well, thanks anyway. I'll try to work with that. XD

Allison:

(:

dude:

It deactivates its Enzyme! Not the product, it inhibits the enzyme before it forms the product

Allison:

@Eiwoh2 I WAS CLOSE. I NEVER TOOK THIS! DON'T COME FOR ME.

Eiwoh2:

Ok ok. Thanks for your revision. XD
