I don't know anything about chemistry but to get you started on question 1, each question has something like "Defend your answer with the knowledge of Collision Theory, Energy of Activation, ..." and things like that.

So you can look up what the definition of each of them is, and write that definition down as your answer. The definition should also tell you whether it speeds or slows the chemical reactions.
