How do you plan on stopping the payments after 3 months?

Do you plan on still having access to the account after giving it to the person? What if the person changes the password? Are there things in Hulu's policy that does not allow sharing of accounts like this?

I can recover the account if needed (I will just freeze the account if needed)

unless you mean like freezing the credit card that's attached to it which is a hassle in itself...
