The height y, in feet, of a football x seconds after it is thrown is modeled by the equation y = –16x2 + 24x + 1. What information does the zero of the equation 6 = –16x2 + 24x + 1 represent?

Hello @Kyaw and Welcome! the "zero of the equation" should mean --> when x is zero in this case, x refers to seconds so at 0 seconds, the equation tells us how high the ball is
