Caramellanna:

In your own words, explain how stalactites are formed in caves

Vocaloid:

basically water leaks from the ground above the cave ceiling, through pores in the ceiling, and starts dripping down to the floor. if the water has enough calcium in it, it will leave the calcium behind on the ceiling, eventually building up to a calcium rock formation called a stalactite

Caramellanna:

Thanks!
