Are measurements made by SETI testable?

from what I understand, SETI gathers radio signals and other related information from space to discern signs of intelligent, extraterrestrial life. with that being said, I would think the information gathered is testable.

Depends on what we consider testable
Maybe these aliens use frequencies on a different scale that we can't detect
We haven't really encountered another species or life form to say that it's testable imo
