from what I understand, SETI gathers radio signals and other related information from space to discern signs of intelligent, extraterrestrial life. with that being said, I would think the information gathered is testable. @shadow @TheSmartOne if you'd like to offer your opinions I'd be interested to see what you have to say on the subject

Depends on what we consider testable Maybe these aliens use frequencies on a different scale that we can't detect We haven't really encountered another species or life form to say that it's testable imo
