Off the top of my head, I'd guess Asia and India due to their already inflated populations. America is also doing pretty well. Europe (the countries within it) aren't really, as seen by the advertisements on YouTube where their government is basically encouraging them to have sex.

Maybe use a reliable, informed, non-partisan source?  That is from Wiki, it is corroborated elsewhere.  If you are serious, World Bank is good, CIA factbook, IMF, ..... there are loads
