Falconmaster:

SourMunchkin7806:

A

TheSmartOne:

I'd go with B too

SourMunchkin7806:

i thought physical evidence is only truly useful in appeals

TheSmartOne:

I'd google the problems with eyewitness testimonies and read up @SourMunchkin7806 In short, the problem is that even though the person was there and saw it, but since things usually happen so fast you won't be able to recall everything and you add to the story and whatnot so it'snot completely true anymore and has a bunch of assumptions

SourMunchkin7806:

yea i guess you got a point

Falconmaster:

physical evidence cant change

Falconmaster:

ima go with b
