You are in that trolley car on the left (looks like a box). The trolley is unstoppable and is heading straight for 5 people tied on the tracks.

You have the OPTION to change the tracks so that the trolley will switch to the track with 1 person on it.

Would you switch the tracks?

With the time you have trying to decide if you should change it or not, you could be untying each person.

So you switch it to one person, giving you enough time to save a life and poof.

Yea but it says your in it. Meaning that your unable to get out and do anything....a way to save all of them is by aiming the track alignment in between the two paths causing the tram to derail only killing you as the passenger.
