Sooo my friend posted this in a chat and gave a challenge to decypt it but no one has so far soooooo ye, max I've done is decrypt it from braille and then from the letters given decoded it into Hex/Octal/HTML but from there I'm stuck :3

It's very non-standard braille characters, to the point where googling `8 dot braille` practically yields no results.

It's like it's a language that has not yet been developed, and is only starting to take roots.
