alright so it seems like your program wants improper fractions (which is easier anyway) if we notice, the 8 and the 2 can simplify to 1 and 4, therefore your problem becomes (10/-4)(-1/-7)*9 then just multiply across the numerator, multiply across the denominator, and combine them to make the solutino fraction
