|dw:1536689044203:dw| this is a confusing rule but in 25.00 both the zeros are trailing zeros after the decimal point so both 0's are significant for a # like 2500 then only the 2 and 5 would be significant b/c zeros are before the decimal point the exception is if you include a decimal point like 2500. then the 0's become significant
