Since it is linear it is constant, so y does vary with x. To find the constant variation simply find the rise and run. Or identify two points and use the slope formula. We can use (0,0) and (2,3). \(\large\bf{\frac{y_{2}-y_{1}}{x_{2}-x_{1}}~~\rightarrow~~ \frac{2-0}{3-0}}\)
