why are important the emirp numbers ? for example :13 is prime number so 31 is emirp number 17 is prime so 71 is emirp you have learned about them ?

prime numbers =/= emirp numbers for example 89 is prime but 98 is not prime

yes i know i ve not sad that every prime are emirp bc. 17 is with 71 but 19 with 91 not is or there are so much

I have not learned about these in my studies. But it seems like more of a "fun fact" without any real applications

I have not learned about this either. Seems very interesting, but as angle said, I don't believe there is any real application of emirp (and it's a mouthful compared to prime)
