Now, imagine that you are an American ambassador to the fictional country of Okapaka. The natives, who dress strangely in ostrich feathers and animal furs, speak no English. Yet, they have welcomed you, and now the high chancellor of that country will visit the United States for the first time.

Construct a letter to the President of the United States urging him to welcome this strange guest. In doing so, craft your writing to capture an appropriate tone.
