Can someone check my answers in Spanish
The first answer is indeed correct, but the second one is also correct. If you notice, it's dialogue, and one person is asking if they gave the new plates to the second person, to which the 2nd responds, yes you did. So both sentences would be correct.

Not either. The word " decirla" dosent go in this sentence. There's a choice that looks similar to this, but not the same, surely.

The one that sounds correct and is correct gramatically would be the second option, "Te la voy a decir ahora", which translated is "I will tell you now". XD
