A science class is at a frozen lake for a field trip, and they are experimenting with hockey pucks on the ice. A student says, "If I push harder on this hockey puck when I make it slide, then it will slide faster along the ice.” What could the student add to make the statement a hypothesis? dependent and independent variables proof that the statement is true examples of other objects on ice explanations of why the puck slides faster i think "C" @eiwoh2

Eiwoh2:

Hm...this is a tough one. Well, perhaps the student might need certain examples, so yes, perhaps the examples of other things on the ice would complete his hypothesis. The others don't convince me as much.
