-6x^2(-7x^2 + 8x -3) -6x^2 x -7x^2 = 4x^4 -6x^2 x 8x = 2x^3 -6x^2 x -3 = 18x^2 4x^4 + 2x^3 + 18x^2

Moon:

hm, not quite. this isn't an equation so there should be no equals sign. you have to distribute the -6x^2 across all terms by multiplying -6x^2 by each of the terms in parentheses, then adding up the products so 1) -6x^2 * (-7x^2) 2) -6x^2 * (8x) 3) -6x^2 * (-3) multiply through 1), 2) and 3), then add up the results

Moon:

I kind of have to go but you can check your answer here wolframalpha.com by entering (-6x^2)(-7x^2 + 8x -3) into the box and hitting enter
