Mandarin translation question. I am asked to translate "What day of the week is September 30th?" and I just want to know if I did this right >> 九月三十号是星期几? @angle @kittybasil

depending on formality and written vs spoken, you might use "ri" (日) rather than "hao" (号)

and spoken is 号 usually, yes ("hao")
If you see the written form 日 though, read it as "ri"
