My tutor helped me with it but I forgot exactly what she said about how to exactly find the reflection. and do the shift. The work is there just forgot how she got it.

Vocaloid:

yeah i'm not really sure what she ended up doing for question 2 for a) a shift up by 2 just means to add 2 to the entire equation to do a reflection cross the x-axis, multiply the entire equation by -1 giving us -[xsqrt(1-x^2)+2]

zarkam21:

and its essentially just shifting all the points up by how many they ask for right

zarkam21:

just adding 2 basically

Vocaloid:

yes

Vocaloid:

adding 2 and then reflecting across the x-axis

zarkam21:

Thanks
