i'm going to start with the abdominal muscles since that's a fairly easy region to understand the linea alba divides the abdominal region in half the rectus abdominis surrounds the linea alba while the external oblique is on the side of the abdominal region|dw:1538759640379:dw|
now from the top of the head we have the temporalis and the tempoparietalis (easy to remember if you know the temporal and parietal region of the skull) |dw:1538759920627:dw|
last two before moving to the posterior view of the body the frontalis (or in other words, the frontal belly of the occipitofrontalis) is above the eyes while the sternocleidomasticoid, as its name suggests, connects the sternum and the clavicle |dw:1538760211681:dw|
