@Vocaloid @dude

Vocaloid:

well, as stated before anything with pi is irrational with the two square roots - try evaluating them both with a calculator, one of them terminates (rational) and the other one goes forever with no pattern (irrational)

theghost22:

So -7.80 is rational I know that for sure

Vocaloid:

yes

theghost22:

Would the square root of 15 and 25 be rational?

Vocaloid:

25 yes (rational) sqrt(15) irrational, since its a non-terminating decimal with no pattern

theghost22:

Ok, and the fraction would not be rational right?

Vocaloid:

the fraction is rational (5/18 = 0.277777777etc) for fractions you just have to plug them into a calculator

theghost22:

And then -17x would not be rational

Vocaloid:

-17pi, yes that would be irrational
