Unfortunately, all of the answer choices relate to parallel lines, so it would be important for us to see the picture. Can you take a screenshot, or draw it out maybe?
Oh ok, this one is the converse of the alternate exterior angles postulate. See, angles 2 and 8 are on opposite sides of the line that cuts through the parallel lines. That means that they are alternate exterior angles.
