I'd guess that "Nobody was as sick as Eleanor was" would be the correct answer, since the other sentences should use "most" instead of "more", as they're comparing a large group of people.
Like "Chandra practiced the longest...."
"Wendy swims fastest of any girl..."
"Nan painted the most...."
