Well if TGP is honest. Then 'only one of them is honest' so therefore dude must be lying. If dude is lying then they are the same. but they are not the same. So your answer is wrong.

The way it is phrased makes it difficult. The last line, "TGP and dude could be honest or a liar" should be phrased more along the lines of "either TGP or Dude is a liar, or is honest". The way it is phrased, it implies they are both one, sort of a group. I would say that they are both lying.
