Well for starters, Venus's atmosphere is almost entirely Carbon Dioxide and Sulfuric Acid, while Neptune's is Methane, Helium, and Hydrogen. This is what gives each of them their appearances, along with their distance from the sun.

Being so, neither are currently capable of sustaining life.
