Is there a format for the if-then statements that the teacher gave you?

What statements are we supposed to convert to if-then statements? The ones in question #3 are already in that format

I'm not sure it says " Given the three statements below, draw a conclusion. If no conclusion can be drawn, please state “no conclusion" that's really it

Okay the terminology confused me for a bit. In my psychology class, we consider an if-then statement a hypothesis. Apparently in geometry, the 'if' part is the hypothesis and the 'then' part is the conclusion.

I could explain why I was confused, but I feel like that would just confuse you. Let's move on to the important stuff, which is, how to 'draw a conclusion.' Is it something like: "I am not a fairy since I do not live in the woods." Or just: "I am not a fairy." So basically, drawing conclusions from the conditional statements... @dude
