Difference between homozygote and heterozygote . As far as Punnet Squares go

Homozygote that represents the genotype of AA or aa homo means the same in this example of both alleles are the same either both capital AA or aa Heterozygote(hetero means different)so the genotype will be Aa for the phenotype the capital letter represent that particular gene is dominonat to other gene so for example if `A` is representing the allele for brown eyes and `a` representing the allele for black eyes then brown yes are dominant
