Determine two points on the graph. Can you determine two?

Razor:

I was confused and I was thinking the origin but I'm going with 1 and 2 and -1 and -2 su far... I may be really off though

563blackghost:

You should use origin. The points you choose need to land on the line. So your other point will be either `(-4,1)` or `(-1,4)`, let's use `(-4,1)`. You would proceed with slope formula. \(\large\bf{slope=\frac{y_{2}-y_{1}}{x_{2}-x_{1}}}\) Plug. \(\large\bf{\frac{1-0}{-4-0}}\) Simplify. What is your slope?

563blackghost:

imma need yew to take over @dude i have to go somewhere. Sorry Razor.

563blackghost:

well if ya can dude >.<

Razor:

okie and thaz cool

dude:

Yeah I'm available, hit me up

Razor:

@dude =−0.25

dude:

Right, you dont have to put it as a decimal its just \(-\large\frac14\)

Razor:

okay XD sorry for the late reply I waz working on english work
