I laughed SOOO hard at A. The question says 'measuring' so it has nothing to do with improving it. D is wrong. Flexibility doesn't determine muscle strength. Look at any WWE wrestler and then look at ballet dancers. B is wrong. C makes the most sense, since you can track your flexibility if you measure it over time. There is no national requirement for flexibility although that'd be awesome.
